Key Projects

£3000 Fellowship Awarded
Digital City The fellowship was designed to create a professional working environment, in which I could use to focus, and improve my character modeling skills. This culminated the creation of a final 3D model of Ganesh for use in the summer exhibition.

I received business training and worked closely with industry professionals to help me become a more rounded artist, focusing on the importance of attention to detail. My mentor during my fellowship was BAFTA Game judge, and Principle Lecturer Gabrielle Kent from Teesside University.

Collaborative Working and Enterprise
Codeworks / AiDept Collaboration

This was a project with a brief for a live client. Codeworks wanted the development of a prototype game for use with webcam and an exercise bike. I worked along side industry designer Oliver Davies, as well as programmers, and an environment artist.

I was mainly responsible for the design of the characters. There were many limiting factors for the aesthetics, and design. The resolution allowed for use with the exercise bike monitors was low, so simplistic stylized characters were decided upon. Our team won access to the Games Horizon conference for our “innovative approach and outstanding design document.”
